Biography
Doctor Natalia Koltcova is physics – hydrodynamics (St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, Russia, Department of Hydroaerodynamics and Thermodynamics, Physics and Mechanics Faculty, 1986). During 20 years she worked in Krylov State Research Centre (St. - Petersburg, Russia). Doctor Koltcova has published over 30 papers on the subjects of theoretical and calculating method in the turbulent hydrodynamics, of applied aspects of bionic researches on a problem of decrease in hydrodynamic resistance, of researching the flow around the vibrating circular cylinder in conducting liquid at presence of cross magnetic field.
