Title: Neuronal differentiation of Muse cells by intracellular delivery of BC-box motif peptides and neuronal regenerative therapy using those Muse cells

Hiroshi Kanno, MD PhD is Professor of Neurosurgery at International University of Health and Welfare School of Medicine in Japan. His research interest has been focusing on stem cells and regenerative medicine for 22 years. Neuronal differentiation induction of von Hippel-Lindau tumor suppressor protein (pVHL) was found by him 20 years ago. Recently he reported that BC-box motif mediates neuronal differentiation of somatic stem cells. Clinical application of BC-box motif peptide is his present theme.
