No, abstract submission (oral/poster/workshop/young researcher) is free. One can submit up to 3 abstracts

We have facilitated video presentation and e-poster opportunity for eminent scholars who are unable to attend the congress due to visa issues and schedule conflict etc.

Video Presentation

For video presentation you should send your presentation video of 20-25 minutes and abstract along with short biography and latest photo. We will play the video in front of renowned speakers, scientists, professors and research fellows at main conference hall during the conference.

  • We will send you certificate for your video presentation.
  • Abstract will be published in the conference proceedings
  • We will upload your presentation in conference website and YouTube (up on your interest)
  • Best video presentation award nominations

E-Poster

For E-poster a soft copy of poster and abstract will be sufficient we will display your e poster at our conference.

All meeting participants (keynotes, chairs, speakers and delegates) are responsible for their own meeting expenses including registration, hotel reservation, and travel arrangements.
