Biography
Head of the Department of Medical and Pharmacy Law, MUG, Chairwoman of
Pharmacy Law Section in Polish Pharmaceutical Society. Since 2007 teacher and
scientist (prof.) in Medical University of Gdansk (MUG). Specialized in medical
and pharmacy law. Since November 2017 – vice-chairperson in polish Minister of
Health working group responsible for pharmacy profession legal regulations.
Author and co-author of over 100 scientific articles. Research interests:
pharmacy law, social and administrative pharmacy: pharmacovigilance system,
medical safety, pharmacist professional responsibility, off label use,
community pharmacy law status, pharmacists professional eligibilities,
pharmaceutical waste management, medicinal product advertising.
