Nurses are an important source of the
medical system. Even though nurses take most of the responsibilities for
patient care, but a nurse administrator is mainly responsible for taking care
of other nurses. Nurse Administrators have many roles and responsibilities to
supervise other nurses. They work in executive levels to provide the best care
to the patients. Their role also includes nursing recruitments, nursing
training and nurses hiring. Before becoming a Nurse Administrator they need to
complete their BSN program and they need to progress as a registered nurse.
Nurse administrators can get certification through the American Nurses
Credentialing Center.
