Biography

Zhi-Yong Wang has completed his Bachelor Degree in the year 2009 at the age of 23 years from Fujian Medical University. He is the doctor and researcher of department of rehabilitation medicine in first affiliated hospital of Fujian Medical University. His clinical research focuses on neurological rehabilitation and dysphagia rehabilitation. He is the chief expert in dysphagia rehabilitation in Fujian Province, specializing in rehabilitation techniques for swallowing disorders such as the fibrotic endoscopic swallowing study (FEES)?videofluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS)?catheter balloon dilatation, routine swallowing training, botulinum toxin injection for cricopharyngeal muscle dysfunction, non-invasive brain stimulation. In recent years?He has published more than 5 papers in reputed journals and was appointed as a young member of the Professional Committee of Rehabilitation for Swallowing Disorders of the Chinese Rehabilitation Medical Association, and a young deputy director of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Society of the Fujian Medical Association.
