Yinshan Tang

Title: Electroacupuncture mitigates hippocampal cognitive impairments by reducing BACE1 deposition and activating PKA in APP/PS1 double transgenic mice


Yinshan Tang, graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and got PhD degree in Acupuncture and Moxibustion,  Now, she is the attending physician of the department of Rehabilitation and Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Yinshan Tang has her expertise in clinical and mechanistic research of acupuncture treatment of neurological diseases. She is currently presiding the National Natural Science Foundation of China, “the Mechanism Research of Vessel Meridian Electroacupuncture in Treating Neuronal Apoptosis in Different Brain Regions of AD Double Transgenic Mice(No. 81603678). She has participated in many national research projects relating to various neurological diseases, and has accumulated rich research experience. So far, she has published more than 30 articles, including 26 Chinese core journals and nearly 10 sci articles. In 2018, she won the 3rd prize of the Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Progress Award.
