2nd Global Experts Meeting on Frontiers in Nanomedicine and Drug Delivery will happen during May 11- 13, 2020 in Kyoto, Japan. Hotel details and contact person details will be updated soon on the official website.

Registration fees do not include any kind of insurance for the attendees.

When you attend this conference you are eligible to earn continuing education credits as per your relevancy, depending on the number of sessions you attend. Attendance will be tracked via signature at the door. Your CPD certificate will be emailed to you, two to four weeks post-conference to the email address used to register for the conference.

The attendees are suggested to stay in the same hotel where the conference venue is located. Attendees can book their accommodation either through our registration page where all the accommodation details is provided (along with prices), or by directly contacting the hotel management. Attendees seeking to book accommodation via us, must know that a block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. For more details about the complimentary offers on accommodation, please contact the program managers / scientific committee operators.

YES, Nano Delivery 2020 welcome all suggestions. If you have a new session which will be beneficial for the conference please email us with your name, university name, session details. In appreciation, we will announce your name during the commencement of session.

For your comfort, business casual is appropriate. We suggest you dress in layers as the temperature in the meeting rooms can vary considerably.?

At times it might be necessary to cancel or reschedule a conference after receipt of a confirmation letter. Nanodelivery 2020 will provide advance notice of any changes.

     Cancellations must be made in writing and may be emailed to nanodelivery@frontiersmeetings.com at least 6 weeks before the event start date. Cancellation notifications via social media are not acceptable. For more details about the cancellation and refund policies, please visit at terms & conditions.

Nano Delivery 2020 is always glad to support and assist its global attendees with the supporting document for the ease of visa accessibility. Once the registration is confirmed, the committee will provide an official invitation letter (passport details mentioned) to accompany your visa application after full payment is received. We recommend that as soon as you register and pay the full registration fee, contact info@frontiersmeetings.com with your request. You will receive a PDF printable file with Nano Delivery 2020 letterhead via an email attachment.

If you requested the invitation letter but are unable to acquire a visa for travel, you can choose any of the two options, either to get the registered amount refunded or transfer the paid amount to any upcoming relevant conferences.


YES, one-day conference registration is available. Please note that your registration is valid only for sessions and events on that day and badges will be actively checked throughout the conference to ensure that participants have registered properly.

Yes, registration can be done even before the abstract submission, but prior information must be provided to the program managers about the approximate dates of abstract submission. 

        Schedule information for the respective conference will be available on the conference website one month prior to the conference with all the details.
