Anthony M. Sarkis, Jr. has held teaching appointments in materials and energy sustainability early in his career at Williams College, Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, Antioch University New England, Clark University Graduate School of Management, and Southern Vermont College. He is a former graduate research fellow with the National Science Foundation, Grant # SES 0947429, The Greening of Economic Development; Rensselaer Science, Technology, and Society Program along with being a former associate director of environmental management and policy at the lally school of management and technology also at Rensselaer. Anthony currently serves on the leadership council of both the National Small Business Association and Small Business Technology Council. He is a member of the American Sustainable Business Council. In addition, he is currently developing a patented technology with his father to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and financial costs associated with home heating.
