Biography

I.Zaidman, MD, Ph.D., is a pediatrician, pediatric Hemato-oncologist and expert in Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplantation with 20 years of experience in Israel, Russia and Canada. Head of Pediatric BMT Unit in department of Bone Marrow Transplantation and Immunotherapy of Cancer. Her particular interest is HSCT for genetic Non-malignant diseases: Metabolic diseases, immunodeficiency and hematological disorders. She is very active in teaching experience in the field of Pediatrics, Hematology-oncology and Bone Marrow Transplantation for medical students, graduate pediatricians, including international groups. She has developed a promising research agenda in the areas of immune deficiency and stem cell transplantation. Irina is an active member in European and international pediatric bone marrow transplantation forums
