Prof. Domenico Amirante is Full Professor in
Comparative Constitutional Law at the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli (formerly
University of Naples II), Department of Political Science, and Coordinator of
the PhD Course in Comparative Law and Processes of Integration at the same
University. His research fields concern environmental law, climate change, multiculturalism
and constitutional structures in a comparative perspective. Among his publications: ‘Del
