Mr. Julio
Sánchez y Tépoz holds a law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho de Puebla and
studied a master’s degree in Economic Development from Universidad Complutense
de Madrid, Spain. He has several specialized studies in foreign trade,
regulation economics, competition policy, research on monopolistic practices,
growth and competitiveness, foreign investment, legal argumentation, advertising,
among others.
