Antonio Lama Muñoz has completed his PhD in the year 2011 from Seville University. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Jaén. Antonio Lama Muñoz has mainly developed his research career in the exploitation of agri-food byproducts, mainly those from olive oil industry. The recovery of high-added value compounds and the investigation of their biological properties for the development of new products have been the principal aims of his research in the field of Food Science and Technology. He has published more than 30 papers in reputed journals.
